Rental Brokerage Service:
Free of charge for property owners — the tenant covers the service fee, equal to one month’s rent.
Rental Property Management
Onboarding Fee: One-time fee of €150 per rental unit upon entering management
Monthly Management Fee: 10% of the monthly rent, applicable throughout the lease term
